Welcome to Blue Rock Coffee Co., a cozy community-driven coffee shop proudly serving Doniphan, Nebraska, and travelers off I-80. What was once an old branch of the Bank of Doniphan has been lovingly transformed into a warm café and bakery — a place where great coffee, delicious treats, and friendly faces come together.

Blue Rock began as a dream. In early 2018, co-owners Kenn and Michaela Frederick envisioned a coffee shop that would bring people together over quality drinks and fresh food. With Kenn’s deep roots in the community and Michaela’s passion for coffee and baking, they worked to turn that idea into reality. In September 2019, their dream came true when they officially opened the doors — the only dedicated coffee shop within 15 miles in either direction.
